Save the Dates: 2009 Housing Colorado NOW! Conference - October 13-16, 2009 in Breckenridge, Colorado

The 21st Annual Housing Colorado NOW! Conference, Colorado's premier affordable housing event, will convene over 500 housing professionals in Breckenridge, Colorado, October 13-16. The four-day conference will feature keynote presentations from national experts, a Colorado legislative panel and over 30 workshops on best practices and housing trends. Attendees will include diverse representation from public housing authorities; financial agencies and institutions; for-profit and non-profit developers; service providers; realtors and public officials.

Featured at the conference will be a workshop sharing the outcomes of the Leader-to-Leader Listening Campaign.

Effective messaging, strong political will and champions beyond the housing community are essential to achieving a reliable source of housing funding in Colorado. The Colorado Housing Investment Fund will share the results of its intensive listening campaign with influential leaders statewide and how these results will shape our next steps.
